Public pages may record a limited set of first-party page and referral events. Signed-in workflows process only the home records and files that an authorized user chooses to provide.
Privacy
DwellMetry uses household access controls, private-file checks, and limited event data to keep home records within the workflows you choose.
Current accessSign-in and household permission are required before private home records can be opened.
Public pages may record a limited set of first-party page and referral events. Signed-in workflows process only the home records and files that an authorized user chooses to provide.
Data is used to provide the requested record, document, maintenance, utility, access, security, and operational workflows—not to turn missing information into a home conclusion.
Household membership and roles control protected records. Uploaded files remain private and unavailable for preview, download, or extraction until required integrity and malware checks pass.
Household owners can request supported household exports or deletion. A request or deletion confirmation is not the same as completed export or erasure.
Owners, members, and viewers receive different permissions. Supplying a household ID does not bypass membership or role checks.
Files use private storage references. A pending or failed integrity or malware check does not expose the file to normal product workflows.
Product and audit events use allowlisted metadata and exclude raw documents, addresses, serial numbers, sign-in tokens, and detailed household content.
The public site does not add third-party tracking scripts. It can record anonymous allowlisted page or referral categories and an optional public content ID. The home-fit check keeps its answers and recommendation in browser memory and resets on refresh; only four identifier-free milestone names are eligible for its product events.
Account creation and the home-fit check remain separate. A fit-check answer does not grant household access, scientific eligibility, or a paid plan.
A household owner can request supported household records as private JSON and can review and confirm household deletion. Raw file bytes are not bundled in the JSON export. This household workflow does not remove the sign-in account itself, and financial/legal retention checks can produce a partial state rather than a false completion claim.
Export or deletion begins as a request. DwellMetry does not describe a request as completed until the relevant processing state confirms it.
