Billing and access details

Shared answers about setup, readiness, billing, cancellation, and scientific access.

What does DwellMetry help me do right now?

Households can organize a home’s structure, equipment, documents, warranties, service history, maintenance records, and reviewed historical utility information in one source-aware workspace. A new household starts on Free; individual results depend on the records it contains.

Does my home need sensors?

Not for records, documents, warranties, maintenance history, or bill-history workflows. Restricted scientific workflows require supported time-series measurements, sufficient curated coverage, weather context where applicable, a current validated model, and approved research access. A sensor by itself does not establish readiness.

What if my home is not ready for science features yet?

DwellMetry can still support eligible records, equipment, document, maintenance, and historical-utility workflows. Scientific screens must identify missing inputs or abstain; they do not invent measurements, expected behavior, causes, diagnoses, or safety conclusions.

When would billing begin, and can I cancel?

The exact recurring price, cadence, trial decision, billing start, and cancellation wording come from the approved plan shown above. Viewing a page or returning from checkout does not activate access; DwellMetry waits for signed provider confirmation.

What if I only want records and maintenance?

That is a supported starting goal. You do not need to map every room, connect sensors, or qualify for scientific research before an eligible household can organize records and build evidence-backed maintenance history.

How much setup is required before DwellMetry is useful?

Start with a household, a basic home record, and one goal. You can add one important document, identify a core system, record service history, or enter supported utility history without completing the entire home first.

What happens after I subscribe?

A subscription becomes authoritative only after the hosted billing provider confirms it. Entitlement then controls the plan capabilities, while household permission, scientific readiness, and safety remain separate gates. Payment does not manufacture missing data or scientific eligibility.

What is the main reason?

DwellMetry stores only these structured choices for this feedback. There is no free-text answer here, and public feedback is not linked to an email, household, or user. Results remain private and never become testimonials automatically.
